- What did you like most?The customer service that the check in individual provided was the best that I ever experienced. There was a problem with the room and Mr Johnny Richer made things right. He explained that he was a new employee and apologized for the booking problem and made things right. My wife and I were very pleased by his attention to making our stay at Staybridge exceptional.
