- Was there anything you didn't like?I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. An extra charge of 250 euros was taken from my credit card without clear justification. I kindly request a detailed explanation and written proof for this charge. Additionally, I am very disappointed with the behavior at the reception. During a discussion we had, the staff spoke in French, mocking and insulting us. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We were also accused unfairly and without any evidence. I expect a prompt clarification regarding both the extra charge and the conduct of your staff. Kind regards,
