Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Environmental fee of $80 MXN, per room, per night will be requested by the property at the check in. Please note guests will not be refunded for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out. Cancelations or changes made after check-in are subject to a penalty of 100% of the room rate. Mandatory supplement will be charged at check in for New Year's Eve dinner. All reservations during December 31st, $100.00 USD per adult and for children under 6-12 years old $50.00 USD, all reservations in All-Inclusive Plan.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. Would never stay there again because of the staff not knowing the English language or caring to even to communicate with
- What did you like most?It was a nice hotel great location great views right on the beach
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel did not have Internet in your room only in bars no one that worked there knew how to speak English, but they knew what a tip was, but never stay there again
some things were excellent and some not so much.

- Was there anything you didn't like?no wifi in room....no Ethernet or wifi to tv so all the apps did not work- ie Netflix prime etc.... beds were small and not comfortable
