You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation and match the photo ID presented upon check in. Please note that The Branksome Hotel & Residences requires a credit card pre-authorization of the total accommodations cost plus AUD $100 per night for the Studio & Bournemouth Suites upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $200 per night for the Lyndhurst Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges, AUD $300 per night for the Wilkinson Suite upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that when paying by Visa and Mastercard a 1.8% surcharge will apply. When paying by American Express a 2.5% surcharge will apply. Payments made via EFTPOS will not incur any surcharge, however when tapping (instead of insert), debit cards will also incure surcharges as above.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
