- What did you like most?The location is ideal and the reception staff was very helpful and friendly
- Was there anything you didn't like?You can’t open a window and the heater-AC unit is noisy so at night you have to turn it off then it gets to warm and stuffy. Also this is beyond the hotel control but each night there is 5 different amounts of tax you pay for your room. City tax,state tax,occupancy tax,destination fee and javits centre tax. It’s annoying because it puts the price of the room up by nearly $100 a night.
