Exceptional!
- What did you like most?The room was so nice and clean, the bed so comfy and stocked amenities. The staff are exceptional, we had an early appointment and breakfast (which was great btw) was ready for us half hour before and we are so grateful. The staff at checkout was amazing but we especially liked Toni and Tina at check in. Thank you for your assistance, you made our stay so welcoming. Thank you again for everyone’s help, we will not forget your kindness.

- What did you like most?I liked the front office reception staff Ms. Tina who was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and accommodated us and let us check in early as we arrived at the hotel a little early. She even arranged for us to have an early breakfast the next day as we had early flights and had to leave for the airport early in the morning. She was very courteous and very helpful with whatever our requirements were and always had a smile on her face. I also liked the cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom and the crisp white linin sheets and towels. Exceptional. The hotel was in very good condition and I would definitely go back if I return to Split sometime in the future.
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were not told in advance that there was a function happening in the hotel and the restaurant or cafe was going to be shut and also there would be no food and beverage room service. We were naturally tired after a long journey and had decided to have meals at the restaurant, but when we arrived to check in, they told us that the restaurant was shut to the public and residents, as they had a seminar /conference or some sort of function that was taking place in the hotel. Hence we had to take the trouble to go out and search for restaurants and food in a city we have not been before. When I complained to the chef that we should have been informed in advance about the Restaurant being shut before making the booking, he said that ‘I SHOULD TAKE MY COMPLAINTS TO THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT!’
