Mixture of amazing staff and accommodations, Improvements to be made.
- What did you like most?Front desk staff was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Gatsby bar staff and Food court staff was very good as well, great value with the 3 for $45 in the food court. Alle 66 was excellent, staff, food and drink was top notch. The room was lovely, very clean, comfortable and a great view.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Upon arrival, valets were non-existent. Felt less than luxurious. Came to celebrate our engagement and was disappointed right away. Dined at Viva, staff was inattentive and slow. Drinks were weak and tasted terrible. Management did try and resolve, with churros, but did not feel like fine dining at all. Left after drinks, chips and guacamole. We then dined at Juniors. Second time here and second time disappointed. Food was very bland, staff was tired, and slow. Even with a minimal crowd.
