Overcharged and no hot water
- What did you like most?The bed was comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hot water did not work, no trash bags in cans in the room. Mostly though I was told I’d pay one thing on booking.com but was charged over $50 more, NOT including the hold on card.

- Was there anything you didn't like?YES - THERE WAS NO SMART TV IN THE ROOM AND THERE WERE 3 NFL GAMES ON TV ON NETFLIX AND PRIME WHICH I COULD NOT GET ON CHRISTMAS DAY. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT.
