Good location but the hotel...
- What did you like most?Location of the property was great, close to public transport (train, bus) and shops. Walking distance to Little Havana and Brickell Shopping Centre.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel billed us for a service we never once used (gratuity from Mosaico Bar - never dined / get drinks during our stay). Upon check out, I asked the receptionist about the charge and told us they will look into it if I send the details to guestservices@gmail.com. Only then I realised looking at other reviews that the receptionist informed us an incorrect email address (should have been guestservices@hotelindigomiami.com). After a few days of no response (since it was the incorrect email), they charged us the gratuity and deducted it from our deposit money. I sent follow up emails / messages. Still no response. Hoping this review will make them look into this query.
