- Was there anything you didn't like?I do not recommend this hotel. At check-in, we were informed that our reservation had supposedly been canceled a few days earlier. The hotel claimed this was due to a lack of prepayment, despite the fact that we had booked with the pay-at-the-property option. The hotel never informed us in any way that the reservation had been canceled. What is even more concerning, the reservation was still shown as active in the Booking.com app at the time of our arrival. Because all rooms were sold out, we were left without accommodation with two small children. The manager, Mariano, tried to conceal the hotel’s mistake and shockingly suggested that we take a walk around Miami in the middle of the night with our children to look for another hotel. As a result, we were forced to spend the night in the hotel lobby, waiting for a room to become available the next day. This situation shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic concern for guests.
