We came for just an overnight so the kids could enjoy the museum of play and swim.
- What did you like most?The check in process was easy, the room and bathroom were very clean, there was plenty of shampoo/conditioner/etc in the bathroom. The pool was way overchlorinated, my kids usually swim for hours, but they only stayed in for a little bit because their eyes were burning. More tables in the pool area would be nice. The workout area looked really nice, I didn't get a chance to use it, but it looked like it had everything you could need. The breakfast was good, my kids enjoyed the waffles, the eggs were good and I liked that there was plain oatmeal with the add ons which is my favorite.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I can't think of anything at the moment. The check in took a while because there was an extended phone call, so maybe a second person available to help check in at times would be helpful.
- What did you like most?The location and ease of access to our desired destinations. The day shift staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable.
