Absolutely the best location. Would definitely stay again just not high level due to the elevators.
- What did you like most?This is a very professional hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the breakfast. They even had people going around checking and ensuring the temperature of the food was appropriate. The car service was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Literally in the middle of time square. Could not ask for better location.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The timing to get down the elevators. At one point I waited for my elevator so long, by the time I got into the elevator it no longer remembered that I needed to go to my floor. I would tell everyone if you have a chance to stay higher or lower in this hotel....choose bottom. The views are no good from the top anyway. I had to run down 19 flights of stairs at one point to make it to my appointment time with the Big Bus for the Holiday Tour. Absolutely the worst elevator system ever. Do not use them during peek times at all. Try to get up super early and dont come back during peek times to get to your room.
