        The Bathroom door for our second time there was a hassle but it was still an good experience

      • What did you like most?
        The staff member at the front desk was very rude. I checked into my room on the 8th floor my remote was dead I had to wait over a half hour for the front desk to send someone with a working remote then I called downstairs and asked may I have the WiFi password his reply was what’s wrong with me I have too many problems. What kind of customer service is that where one you have a dead remote upon arrival and two I ask you a question and you proceed to tell me that I have too many issues because you don’t like your job!! Change your staff change your staff if I can give -0 I would horrible horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to a dying dog
